Please note that some FlexSolutions health care plans are self-insured plans. This means that A&B pays the cost of any eligible claims you and your covered dependents incur.
A&B has chosen HMSA, HDS, Kaiser Permanente, CIGNA, MetLife, and Vision Service Plan (VSP) as the claims administrators of its health care plans, regardless of whether the particular plan is insured or self-insured.
