A&B provides you with an opportunity to put together a comprehensive survivor and disability protection package. These benefits are available to you through the following plans and policies...

• Employee Life Insurance —seven levels of coverage are available for you

• Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance — seven levels of coverage are available for you; coverage is provided automatically for your family if you elect this coverage

• Dependent Life Insurance —you may choose from two levels of coverage for your spouse/domestic partner and/or one level of coverage for your children

• Business Travel Accident (BTA) Insurance —provided automatically for all employees at no cost

• Sick Leave—time off is available to you when you or a family member are ill (sick leave policies vary by location; contact your local Human Resources representative for details)

• Long-Term Disability (LTD) Coverage —three levels of coverage are available for you
